Booking and payment conditions
The reservation can be made at any time, subject to availability. In order to make a reservation it is necessary to provide your personal details and the data of a valid credit card to guarantee the validity of the reservation. Booking is considered finalized only when Ravelloapartments.it will send (also by electronic means) confirmation of the availability and reception of the requested data. For standard rates, at the time of booking no payment will be made, but 30 days before the date of arrival will be made the payment of 30% of the total amount of the stay, with a minimum equal to one night; the balance of the reservation will be paid upon departure. For NON-REFUNDABLE rates the payment will be made at any time after booking and will not be refunded in case of cancellation or modification of the reservation.
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- It is possible to cancel without penalty until 30 days before the arrival date.
- For cancellation under 30 days before the arrival date, the penalty is of 100% of the total price.
- For NO SHOW , changes or for early departure you will pay for the total stay.
When booking groups of rooms from 4 units, different payment and cancellation policies may apply.
Other extra services should be paid for separately.
On arrival you will also be asked to leave a deposit of 250 Euro for any damages that may occur to the apartment/ room.
If no damages occur this amount will be refunded on the day of departure.
Guests can check in at 15.00 and must check out by 12.00. Guests must inform us in advance about any time changes.
In order to offer an efficient service, it is recommended to inform in advance any useful details about your arrival and departure already scheduled. Our Concierge is at your complete disposal to organize transfers, excursions as well as cooking classes and other services to make your stay memorable. In the rare event of controversy arising from the booking and the letting, only the Courts of Law in Salerno and the provisions of Italian Civil Law can deal with the matter and only Italian law applies.
